Since each of us is different in how we like to learn, the Mentoring Program contains a variety of resources which you may draw from in order to meet these objectives. The responsibility for meeting the objectives rests with the individualthe more advantage you take of the resources of the program, the more quickly are likely to advance. Below are some suggestions for what you can do to meet each objectives.

Work with as many clients as possible. Regularly attend the "Practice your WM Coaching" Lab to observe others and get feedback on your coaching. Work regularly with buddies and ask for feedback from them about this.

Attend more than 1 Core Dynamics trainings or listen to the CD version to become increasingly familiar with the concepts.

Attend Wave Calls, Labs and Coaching Gyms to be exposed as much as possible to phrasing of intentions. Practice as much as possible with others and self. Post intention statements you've developed to the yahoo group and invite others to suggest ways to improve them.
