I help creative people do tremendous things.
For the last twenty years, I've been obsessed with one question: how do creative people actually grow? Not the surface-level stuff, but the real mechanics of transformation—the kind that helps someone launch their dream project, connect with new friends, or uncover skills they didn't know they had.
I understand how people change because I've spent two decades designing experiences that catalyze it. I design programs that are both deep and playful—built for real transformation but filled with moments of joy, experimentation, and surprise. Because here's what I know to be true: when creative humans flourish, everyone wins.
As a creative coach, I work with individuals one-on-one to help them reach their ambitious goals. Whether you're pivoting careers, launching a big project, or building the confidence to lead, I help you design a path forward and stay motivated to get there. I’ve worked with incredible humans from companies like Squarespace, Lyft, Google, Spoonflower, and Bandcamp, among others, and consistently receive five-star reviews.
I also teach personal and professional development strategies that honor creative thinking. My workshops and programs aren't cookie-cutter corporate training—they're designed for people who think differently and need development that reflects that.
Finally, I consult with organizations to design and develop creative programs with engagement strategies that help their audiences and communities connect, learn, and grow. I excel equally at strategy: program vision, measurement and partnerships and the tactical: curation, facilitation, and execution to create experiences that drive real impact.
I'm also the host of Hidden Parts, a top 2% Apple-featured podcast about your inner voices. The show explores how your mental chatter shapes how you live, work, and lead through stories, live coaching sessions, and mini-workshops. With over 50,000 downloads in less than a year, it's become a space where listeners learn to decode their mental noise so they can courageously reach their goals.
And I also co-host the Creative Producers’ Dinner, a think tank about the future of gathering disguised as a dinner party, for conveners, community builders and event leaders to come together to share what they're grappling with in their roles and projects and explore what seeds they’re planting to shape how our networks are connecting IRL and online.
Before launching Wavemaker in 2020, I spent nearly two decades designing and managing creative programs that sought to change lives (even for a moment):
Brought my riot grrrl energy to Girl Scouts of the USA to develop engagement strategies for 50 million Girl Scout alumni
Engaged thousands of creative and tech professionals through business programming and events for the Downtown Alliance's Lower Manhattan HQ
Produced a 5-day desert oasis at SXSW for Airbnb, complete with a dance party by CHERYL
Curated a live artist studio and performance space pop-up for Ketel One at Art Basel Miami
Founded an indie professional community for women in creative careers (ahead of its time!)
Cooked meals at a punk rock dinner party series where I questioned what music might taste like
Hosted a lolipop-making event that let teens taste Keith Haring's art
Threw live-streamed, feminist slumber parties at the Ace Hotel
Built an experimental cooking club where there was no chef
Often at the forefront of new initiatives, I’ve been a part of the zeitgeist, ushering in new ideas on the jagged edge. Above all else, shaping intentional spaces to create emotional resonance, prompt reflection and meaningfully and playfully connect lives in my bones <3
As a queer, non-binary, neuro-spicy person, I know what it's like to navigate a world that wasn't built with people like us in mind. I believe your differences aren't obstacles to overcome—they're superpowers to harness. That perspective shapes everything I do, from how I coach to how I design programs.
A life-long New Yorker raised on Long Island's south shore, I live in Brooklyn with my wife and two kids. When I'm not coaching or podcasting, you'll find me watching alien movies (the weirder, the better), debating whether zombies could realistically run that fast, or plotting my next experimental dinner party.
