Tracy puts a creative spin on learning and development.
With a background in experiential design, coach and workshop facilitator Tracy Candido has spent nearly 20 years collaborating with companies to design learning experiences for creatively-driven audiences across industries (the arts, advertising and non-profits). She became known for infusing her independent spirit, creative intuition and community-building expertise into every experience.

Our Inner Systems workshop with Tracy started to break down walls between members of our team and helped us learn more about each other outside of the work we are all doing. We used parts work to notice what shows up in moments of stress—like frustration, self-doubt, or urgency—and practiced shifting into more supportive inner voices. Instead of saying “I’m always frustrated,” someone shared a new way to phrase it: ‘My frustrated part is coming up here.’
