I use a mindset tool called parts work to help you change behaviors that get in your way that are no longer serving you.
Parts work is a method rooted in neuroscience-backed for mapping and transforming your inner dialogue that shapes how you live, work and lead.
We’ll identify the parts of yourself that drive behaviors like perfectionism, self-doubt, and hyper-achievement, and learn how to lead from a more centered, creative, and connected place—one that fosters clarity, courage, and real change.
