Design the work/life that makes you come alive.
We’ve all experienced creative flow, where time slips away and we leave our desks feeling more energized than when we sat down. But somewhere along the way, many of us slip into autopilot. We build impressive careers that feel empty. Or we procrastinate on passion projects but don’t know why. All of this may leave us wondering, "Is this it?"
You weren't meant to just get by. You were meant to come alive.
“Before working with Tracy, my career as a graphic designer was floundering, and I felt quite anxious about my income and future. I had little sense of purpose and felt like I'd "missed the boat" in terms of "making it" in my field. I wasn't applying to jobs because I didn't even know what jobs to apply for. I wasn't feeling driven.
Deciding whether to dig back into my field or pivot towards writing, I hired Tracy for two reasons. One, their nice website caught my eye. Two, in our discovery call, a new energy emerged... hope! I felt heard and appreciated. Tracy's organization, clear communication, and the way they'd say "can I reframe that?" helped get me out of my negative headspace.
Thanks to Tracy, I'm clear on my path. Tracy's guidance has opened doors, and I'm even applying for teaching positions, something I'd been uncertain about for years. Tracy's coaching has truly been life-changing for me.”

Career Design Coaching
For mid-career creatives ready to design what's next.
You're five, ten, maybe fifteen years into your creative career. You've built skills, earned recognition, established yourself. And now something's shifting.
Maybe you're wondering about adjacent paths—a designer curious about strategy, a writer drawn to teaching, a creative director imagining a completely different application of your talents. Maybe you're considering a leadership move but want to ensure it's the right one. Or maybe you're exactly where you want to be, but ready to deepen your engagement and bring fresh energy to the work you're already doing.
This isn't about abandoning everything you've built. It's about recognizing that your experience and expertise can take multiple forms.
Here's what most people get wrong: that career development should be linear. A clear path from A to B. A moment of sudden certainty followed by a straight line to the new destination.
The truth is that career design is exploratory, iterative, and decidedly non-linear. The process requires experimenting with possibilities, gathering real-world data, and allowing your understanding to evolve as you go.
And the pain points are real: How do you explore new directions without abandoning your current income or credibility? How do you talk about your interests when they're still forming? How do you know which hunches are worth pursuing? And perhaps most challenging: how do you give yourself permission to not have it all figured out?
The Formula That Makes Careers Work:
PATHS + PEOPLE + TOOLS + ACTION
Together I help you define your multiple paths—the ones you already have hunches about, your fantasies, and your current reality. And we define an action plan that consists of connecting with people already living those paths, using targeted tools and frameworks to clarify your thinking, and taking small, concrete actions that generate real insights.
Over 12 weeks, we'll apply this formula systematically to your career exploration, building momentum through consistent small steps rather than waiting for one big leap.

The Journey
Define & Launch
In session: We'll define your paths—the two to three directions you want to explore. These are your hunches, the possibilities that have been tugging at you.
Action plan: For each path, you'll take the first small step in all three dimensions: Research, People, and Field Experience.
Assess & Adjust
In session: Reflection on what's working or not so much. We'll address challenges that have emerged and introduce relevant exercises and frameworks, including mindset techniques to eliminate blocks.
Action plan: Take the next small step for each path, deepening your exploration through research, conversations, and real-world experience.
Deepen & Clarify
In session: Another checkpoint. Patterns are emerging now. We'll work through specific challenges and refine your approach.
Action plan: Continue building momentum with your next action steps across all three paths.
Integrate & Plan Forward
In session: By now, you'll have real data about what resonates and what doesn't. We'll consolidate your learning and map out next steps.
Action plan: Your final action cycle—and a plan for how you'll continue this exploration beyond our work together.
This program is for mid-career creatives who are ready to stop spinning their wheels and start gathering real information about what's possible. You don't need to have it all figured out, that's what these eight weeks are for.
If you're ready to explore your pivot with structure, support, and a proven formula, I would love to work with you. Book a chemistry call to connect with me and learn more.
Creatively-driven clients
My clients are multi-passionate, values-driven, creatively-wired people seeking clarity, confidence, and momentum. They often face multiple career paths or project ideas and need support making a choice, feel tension between pursuing a “stable” job or something more values-aligned or creative, are seeking confidence to step into their true leadership power, or desire a fresh start, but fear making the wrong move.
Some of their obstacles are external: concrete responsibilities, available opportunities, and systems they belong to. But often they are also caught in their own stories about what they’re supposed to want and what they feel is expected of them. Together we work to help them step away from old narratives and start making decisions that align with their true self.
Whether you’re an artist, solopreneur, executive, creator, or leader, if you’re actively navigating change and seeking the right path forward, coaching is a solution to help you get direction, enliven your sense of possibility and live and work more aligned to who you really are.

- Product Strategy Lead in a high growth startup
“After about 10 years professional experience and a stint at grad school, I had a few paths to take, but I wasn't sure how to begin going down them or if I should focus on just one. Tracy helped me clarify my values in relation to work, which helped me formulate potential futures that I was excited by and ways to pursue them. I feel more confident in both pursuing and creating opportunities that I would've felt reluctant to before. I have tools to tackle problems that used to seem like dead ends.”
