I'm Tracy (they/she), and for twenty years, I've been obsessed with helping creative innovators thrive. I coach, teach, and design development programs that catalyze real transformation—because when creative humans flourish, everyone wins. As the founder of Wavemaker, I've worked with folks from Google, Squarespace, Bandcamp, the Walker Art Center, and beyond. I'm also the host of Hidden Parts, a top 2% podcast exploring the inner work of growth and leadership. Based in Brooklyn, I’m passionate about building programs that meet innovative leaders where they are.
