Hi, I’m Tracy
I’m Tracy (they/she), and I’ve spent the last two decades figuring out how to help creative minds grow into confident leaders. As the founder of Wavemaker Coaching, I’ve had the joy of working with incredible humans from places like Squarespace, Lyft, Google, Spoonflower, Walker Art Center, agencies, museums and non-profits.
I’m also the host of Hidden Parts, a top 30 Apple-featured podcast where we deep dive into how your inner world shapes your outer results through stories, live coaching, and mini-workshops. Sometimes the best way to figure out what’s blocking you is to listen to your inner voices.
As a queer, non-binary ENFP, I know what it’s like to navigate professional spaces that weren’t built with people like us in mind. I believe your differences aren’t obstacles to overcome, they’re superpowers to harness. When I’m not coaching or podcasting, you’ll find me in Brooklyn with my wife and two kids, probably watching alien movies or debating whether zombies could realistically run that fast.
